LSAC and LSAT Disclaimer - Does the Law School Admission Council provide accommodation services directly or recommend doctors?

Medical or clinical documentation used to support an LSAT accommodation request must be prepared by a qualified professional who is independent of LSAC, such as a licensed psychologist. LSAC reviews the candidate’s full submission and makes the final approval or denial decision.

Any evaluation or documentation provided by a clinician through our platform is intended solely for use in requesting LSAT or other testing/school accommodations. It should not be used as a diagnosis for any other purpose.

If you have any questions about any clinical information you receive, we strongly recommend that you consult your own licensed mental health professional for purposes other than LSAT testing.
